Shipping + Duties

We offer free shipping on orders over €250. Orders under €250 will be charged €25 shipping & handling.

Orders are shipped via An Post, DHL, or international postal carriers depending on your location. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and shipping. In general, our orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday. Please refer to your shipping confirmation emails for details specific to your order.

Our studio is based in Ireland, and orders are shipped from Ireland. Prices listed on this website include VAT or sales tax.

Orders may be subject to your country's import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage charges. These fees are not paid to SOME DOSE, nor are they set by us - they are determined by your country's import regulations and collected by your local postal service or customs office. These charges are due upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any duty, import tax, or customs charges you may incur.

Packages are marked with the value paid by the customer in compliance with international postal regulations. We do not mark packages as gifts.

To falsify package contents or value would risk fines we cannot absorb. We're committed to continuing this work, and we won't jeopardize it with customs fraud. Thanks for understanding.

We do not refund for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. We do not refund postage on any returned shipments, but we'll do our best to help you track it down.

If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
