Returns

General Policy

Returns are accepted for eligible items. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be sent back within 14 days after approval and arrive back in original condition.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received. All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Any signs of wear, damage, alteration, strong odors, makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks may result in the return being refused.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are not refunded, except where an item is faulty under consumer law.

Bank or card processing times can affect when the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

At the moment, returns are refunds only. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item.

Custom & Made to Order Pieces

Custom made, made to order, or personalised pieces are created specifically for you. These items are not eligible for change of mind returns or standard exchanges.

They may only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty, in line with consumer law.

If a custom piece is faulty, contact support with photos and order details so we can arrange a suitable solution.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email support within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

If a fault is confirmed, shipping costs for returning the item will be covered. We'll offer either a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email lab@somedose.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Item name
• Reason for return
• Whether you want a refund

We'll respond with return instructions and a return authorization number.
